I do not think Carter was a good president. We’ve had worse before and after him in my opinion. I do feel; however, that Carter is one of the most humane and compassionate of men and has shown more after his term as our president then he did during it.
Carter is a born again Christian and while I am not I respect his right to believe as he does, and I also believe that he respects my right to not believe. I think President Carter would stoop to help a child, no matter the color, no matter the ethnicity, no matter the religion that that child was being raised in.
He is a measure of the man Carter compared to the man Trump; I would trust President Carter with my daughter. I would not trust Trump near my daughter in any manner.
