Yes! But I didn’t see the message to email until after I had reset my password and then finally logged in.
At first it took my password then I got a message that the site was down due to hackers or spammers. Then it wouldn’t take my password and CAPTCHA was requiring multiple attempts before it would verify.
I finally was able to reset my password and it only took 4 or 5 times with CAPTCHA and viola! Here I am.
