Court rules that criminal aliens can be held without bond during deportation proceedings.
This decision reversed a ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. It was authored by Justice Samuel Alito, who was joined by Chief Justice John Roberts as well as Justices Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh. The ruling involved a class-action lawsuit brought on behalf of various resident aliens, including a few with Green Cards, convicted of crimes for which U.S. law mandates deportation.

We should be able to hold all aliens in the country illegally without bond until deportation whether they have additional criminal charges or not. Why is this even a question. The bigger issue is why don´t we.
I´m still trying to figure out how or why aliens have ´rights´ under our constitution. Common courtesies, sure, but they shouldn’t have the same standing and protections afforded the citizenry.

Participant::Illegal aliens can’t legally vote in Federal Elections.
Illegal aliens do not have protection against “unreasonable searches and seizures” if they occur at what constitutes a ‘border’.
It’s reasonable that parents/families/friends of U.S. citizens murdered by illegal aliens should influence all 3 branches of the federal government against illegal aliens. IMO, it’s treasonous to argue that illegal aliens should be given carte blanche to remain in the U.S. It’s seditious to advocate for increased ‘rights’ of illegal aliens or to aid them in their efforts to evade compliance with U.S. Constitutional law.
I would like to see the U.S. Constitution amended to remove all rights currently extended to illegal aliens. Make illegal entry into the U.S. a felony. Outlaw any form of welfare to illegal aliens. Tighten up the process to acquire U.S. citizenship. Restrict or deny entry for individuals from countries hostile to the U.S. End ‘anchor baby’ exemptions. End or diminish U.S. aid to countries that dump their surplus population on the U.S. Prison time for illegals convicted of any within the U.S. Do not allow any foreign corporation or illegal alien to own property of any kind in the U.S. – homes, businesses, autos, etc.

An MS-13 member who stabbed two women and tried to rape a 2-year-old girl during a five-hour criminal frenzy two years ago was sentenced Wednesday to 26 years to life in prison.
Tommy Alvarado-Ventura, 33, pleaded guilty last month to a litany of charges in connection with the March 22, 2017 spree. He was arrested shortly thereafter. A Nassau County police official at the time described the case as “probably the most heinous criminal act” he’d seen in 28 years on the job.
“This defendant sexually assaulted a helpless toddler and brutally stabbed and attempted to murder two women, including the child’s mother, in a horrific and unconscionable spree of violence,” Nassau County District Attorney Madeline Singas said in a statement. “The depravity of this defendant knows few parallels, and he should spend the rest of his life in prison for these despicable crimes.”
Witnesses called police in the overnight hours that spring day in 2017 after they saw Alvarado-Ventura stab and slash a woman outside a bar in Hempstead, prosecutors said.
At some point during the attack, Alvarado-Ventura put his knife in the woman’s mouth and cut her, leaving her with a collapsed lung, a permanent scar and nerve-damaged fingers, officials said.
After Alvarado-Ventura fled the scene outside the bar, he made his way to his girlfriend’s apartment in Hempstead, where he beat, strangled and sexually attacked his girlfriend’s 2-year-old daughter, prosecutors said.
When his girlfriend got to the apartment, he tried to kill her too, beating her and stabbing her arms, hands and neck, according to prosecutors. He was arrested at the scene.
Alvarado-Ventura, an admitted member of the notoriously violent MS-13 gang…has been deported four times. He was first deported back to El Salvador in September 2006 and most recently in December 2011.
Police did not provide information on the reasons for the four deportations, but said at least one was related to prior criminal convictions, which include assault, DWI, drug possession, disorderly conduct and false impersonation.
