Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris is set to unveil a new policy which, if implemented, would require the Department of Justice to approve new state laws regarding abortion.

This woman doesn’t have a clue regarding even the most basic framework of the US
Constitution.

The DOJ is supposed to represent American people. And red states oppress people. DOJ should step in as red states use harsh Biblical laws that oppress women and other American citizens.
And the US Constitution trumps state laws.
