It’s Fox News, the darling of Trump and all trumptards. I’m hardly surprised.
At one time under J. Edgar the FBI were indeed a threat to legal law enforcement until his death 37 years ago. He ran the Bureau for almost half a century and ruled by intimidation and blackmail – he knew where many of the bodies were buried.
But again, that’s 37 years ago and while the Bureau remains the top crime fighting organization in the U.S. they tend to stay on the straight and narrow being under constant scrutiny. That isn’t to say that an individual agent won’t cross the line, just that it’s not part of the SOP as it used to be.
Would that Fox News had the high quality of ethics that almost all agents operate under.
