Hang on. A long way yet to go. I have grave doubts this will stick. Judge way to pushy and too many interesting issues.

Will probably blow up two or three more times and Cosby will die before it is resolved.

Disputes will be about the 5 ladies who testified. And the judges somewhat uneven remarks and the original civil and criminal investigations. There is enough sloppiness for 5 years of appeals.

And Cosby is rich enough to afford it.
