Participant::The person familiar with Cohen's testimony tells WSJ that Cohen would provide "evidence of criminal conduct since Mr. Trump became president."
The hearing would be the first time Cohen alleges that Trump committed a crime while in office. https://t.co/gbDsal4xNt

If lying and cheating on tax returns makes one a Democrat then Trump is lying about his party affiliation.

Anyone associated with Trump is a liar and a crook. And Trump is the biggest one.

Participant::Michael Cohen has been disbarred
The decision, which follows his felony conviction for lying under oath, was announced in documents filed Tuesday by Manhattan’s Appellate Division, First Department and the Attorney Grievance Committee.
Cohen, who Tuesday began his marathon three days of testimony on Capitol Hill against Trump, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The decision applies only to New York State, the only place where he was admitted to the Bar. He was first admitted in 1992.
It appears the ruling was not scheduled for dissemination until Thursday, Feb. 28, which is the date they are stamped.
The Attorney Grievance Committee moved to strike Cohen’s name from the roll of attorneys following his August 2018 guilty plea to charges of making false statements, tax evasion of and campaign finance violation, per the docs.

Participant::Cohen was scheduled to enter prison March 6th. The court gave him a two-month delay, until May 6th. That delay was to allow the dems to sequence the propaganda to be used in their abuse of the impeachment process as it relates to the Greatest President of my lifetime, President Donald J. Trump.

Matt Gaetz is such a role model.
From Wikipedia:
In 2008, Gaetz was arrested for a DUI as he was driving back from the Swamp, a nightclub on Okaloosa Island, Florida. While he was arrested and refused to take a breathalyzer test, the Tampa Bay Times reported, “he didn’t have his license suspended for a year when he refused the breath test—as Florida law dictates. And he didn’t have that refusal used against him in a criminal proceeding.” Charges against him were dismissed despite the fact that the police reported that “Gaetz fumbled for his license and registration, his eyes were watery and bloodshot, and he swayed and staggered when he got out of the car.” Gaetz has cited the dropped charges as proof that he was innocent.
Between 1999 and 2014, Gaetz received 16 speeding tickets in Florida.
No wonder he was elected to Congress. His constituents wanted him in Washington and off the roads in Florida.

Read Michael Cohen’s Explosive Prepared Testimony: I Lied Because Trump ‘Wanted Me To Lie’
NEW YORK, NY – MAY 30: Michael Cohen, a longtime personal lawyer and confidante for President Donald Trump, leaves the United States District Court Southern District of New York on May 30, 2018 in New York City. According to a filing submitted to the court Tuesday night by special master Barbara Jones, federal prosecutors investigating Cohen are set to receive 1 million files from three of his cellphones that were seized last month. Former Trump fixer Michael Cohen‘s prepared testimony has been released ahead of his appearance before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday, and it is explosive.According to Cohen’s prepared opening remarks, he says that while Trump did not directly tell him to lie to Congress, Trump made it clear that he wanted Cohen to lie:
To be clear: Mr. Trump knew of and directed the Trump Moscow negotiations throughout the campaign and lied about it. He lied about it because he never expected to win the election. He also lied about it because he stood to make hundreds of millions of dollars on the Moscow real estate project.
And so I lied about it, too – because Mr. Trump had made clear to me, through his personal statements to me that we both knew were false and through his lies to the country, that he wanted me to lie. And he made it clear to me because his personal attorneys reviewed my statement before I gave it to Congress.
Cohen’s testimony also includes documents that he will turn over to the committee, which will include:•A copy of a check Mr. Trump wrote from his personal bankaccount – after he became president – to reimburse me for thehush money payments I made to cover up his affair with an adult film star and prevent damage to his campaign;
• Copies of financial statements for 2011 – 2013 that he gave to such institutions as Deutsche Bank;
• A copy of an article with Mr. Trump’s handwriting on it that reported on the auction of a portrait of himself – he arranged for the bidder ahead of time and then reimbursed the bidder from the account of his non-profit charitable foundation, with the picture now hanging in one of his country clubs; and
• Copies of letters I wrote at Mr. Trump’s direction that threatened his high school, colleges, and the College Board not to release his grades or SAT scores.
Cohen’s remarks also contain other explosive revelations, like the fact that Trump knew of the DNC hack ahead of time, as well as examples of racist statements Trump made in private. Cohen also says he has no direct knowledge of Trump collusion with the Russians, but says he had his “suspicions.”So there is a question; which liar do you believe? Considering that Cohen is testifying under oath where it would be a felony to lie, that he’s already in trouble and doesn’t want to add more time to his prison sentence, I think I would believe Cohen, especially as his testimony can be verified.
An interesting note; “Disgraced felon Michael Cohen is going to prison for lying to Congress and making other false statements,” Sanders said in a statement Tuesday. “Sadly, he will go before Congress this week and we can expect more of the same.”
Sarah Sanders lecturing on false statements must be listened to. After all, who knows more about false statements (other than her boss) than does Sanders?

How do you know he cheated on his tax returns? Have you seen them??

Participant::I don’t know but Gruel said he did and Gruel is never wrong, right? (That’s pure sarcasm in case it went over your head.)
Oh, if you meant Trump; well, he’s lied and cheated on everything else we know about; his wives, his business partners, the American people, his own trumpturds (he did promise he wouldn’t have time to play golf, right?), so it’s a logical progression to assume he’s cheated on the tax returns he said he would show after the election which has turned out to be another lie. Right?
