Just a side note. Kelly is not Rosenstein ‘s boss.
And Trump is not in DC.
Rosenstein may be demanding that his firing be accompanied by written reasons for the firing stating the justifications. He can use it is his lawsuit.
He knows that law better than anyone in the WH.
