ParticipantThe Clinton Foundation has suffered a massive decrease in donations over a three-year period.
Financial documents from the foundation show that between 2014 and 2017, donations decreased by roughly 90 percent.
In 2015, the Clinton Foundation reported a jaw-dropping $182.5 million. The following year, it dipped to $134.4 million, but remained strong leading up to the presidential election.
But in 2017, after the former first lady suffered her embarrassing loss to President Donald Trump and was no longer in politics, donations to the foundation dropped to $22.8 million.
There are a variety of reasons for why the contributions to the Clinton Foundation are down 90 percent. But the most obvious explanation is that when they can’t play, no one wants to pay.

Far from true. BUT, I think I’ll give up on this thread. I’ve done the same project too many times and always found that almost everybody had made up their minds and were not about to change.
I’d delete the thread if I could.

It’s not up to the Clinton’s to prove innocence, it’s up to prosecutors to prove guilt and that hasn’t been done. However; look at the indictments and more, the convictions of the criminal cult associated with Trump and family.
You Hillary haters claim she should be in jail but you have absolutely no evidence to back up such contentions. That’s not how the criminal justice system works, which you would know if you were smart enough.

Participant“innocent” and “not guilty” are not the same thing.
“Too Big to indict” is a shit sandwich for sure. The Wall Street gang that gave us the “Financial crisis of 2007–2008” all skated free as a bird. Guilty as sin, but they skated justice.

Actual Innocence and How It Differs From a Not Guilty Verdict
By Ephrat Livni, Esq. on May 6, 2016 11:04 AMWhen a jury or judge reaches a verdict after a trial, they have two choices — guilty or not guilty. Innocence doesn’t really come up too much in the criminal justice system, which may seem strange to some.
Actual innocence is different from being found not guilty after trial. But to understand what actual innocence is, and why a new program focusing on that is important, we have to understand the prosecution process a little bit.
After police file a report, it is forwarded to prosecutors who decide whether or not there is sufficient evidence to charge a crime. A prosecutor may decline to charge or even file a charge and then decide to dismiss it, or a case can proceed to a plea or trial.
When a prosecutor has proven a case at trial, the defendant is found guilty — the prosecutor’s burden of proof of guilt is beyond a reasonable doubt. When a prosecutor fails to prove a case beyond a reasonable doubt, the accused is found not guilty.
A finding of not guilty can mean that the evidence was insufficient or that it was improperly obtained or that the witnesses were not believable. It does not necessarily mean that the accused is innocent. And it also means that — even if the person was innocent — they still had to go through the ordeal of a criminal charge and trial with all the heartache, trouble, and expense that entails. This brings us at last to the actual innocence project.

ParticipantFew would deny that the ascendance of the United States from colonial poverty to the world’s top economic and military superpower in just 200 years is largely attributable to principles and rule of law in our founding documents enshrined in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
And so it should come as no surprise that America’s decline in the last 25 years has coincided with the erosion of the U.S. Constitution and the corruption of the nation’s law enforcement and judicial system.
What has most greased the skids of America’s decline toward the ways of a banana republic is the emergence and acceptance of two-tiered justice and attendant cronyism and political corruption.
And nowhere is this more obvious than in the pass given to the Clintons, and particularly former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
While her husband faced impeachment, stiff monetary fines and a near million dollar settlement as well as disbarment for five years, Hillary Clinton skated with no accountability for anything in her incredibly checkered career.
There were the missing records documenting the statistically impossible profits from cattle futures trading, the disappearance of Hillary Clinton’s billing records from the Rose Law Firm — under subpoena by Federal and Congressional investigators — where she previously worked on matters related to the Whitewater real estate sham, the removal and destruction of a hard drive from the computer of her former Rose Law Firm partner and then-White House Deputy Legal Counsel Vince Foster, whose death by gunshot wound was ruled a suicide in the midst of the Whitewater investigation.
And then there were the missing documents from the White House Travelgate scandal — documents that would surface two years later — showing Hillary’s duplicity and contradiction of prior statements.
It is now clear that this was all done to evade Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and federal government record-keeping laws and obfuscate conflicts of interest while serving as secretary of state.
But it all began to unravel after Hillary left office and was required to testify before a House committee on Benghazi in October 2015 and answer questions about the terrorist attacks on the U.S. Consulate on September 11, 2012.
It was those hearings that brought to light the existence of Hillary Clinton’s secret, unsecured, do-it-yourself server.
And then it was learned that she not only stored classified and top secret information in an unsecured location, but that she had also authorized the destruction of subpoenaed evidence — some 33,000 emails — after she was put on notice of the existence of the subpoena.
These violations are felonies with stiff penalties and there were at least six other laws that appear violated for which Hillary could be indicted.
What is now waking up Americans about the seriousness of Clinton family self-dealing and the need for prosecution is the realization that the Clintons were at the center of what appears to be the biggest political corruption scandal in U.S. history.
The fact that the Clinton Foundation’s single largest aggregate donation of some $145 million came from various parties linked to the Uranium One sale to the Russian government nuclear agency Rosatom makes this the mega-case of Russian influence and corruption.
Before the Declaration and the U.S. Constitution were even written, Samuel Adams observed that, “neither the wisest constitution nor the wisest laws will secure the liberty and happiness of a people whose manners are universally corrupt.”
Political corruption in America has now become like cancer destroying people’s trust in government and their respect for the rule of law.
The inclination to give a pass to lawbreaking politicians once out of office would be a grave mistake.
Boldness is needed and there is simply no more important or cathartic action to take to restore faith in our system, equality before the law and to rein in cronyism and double standards than the prosecution of the masters of political corruption — the Clinton crime syndicate.

Actually any serious student of history would deny that.
America as a nation subjugated Native Americans and African Americans as well as other people of color, ignoring principals of humanity as well as parts of the Constitution that the governing bodies, white males, refused to recognize as pertaining to those people, including women.
The robber barons of the 19th and 29th centuries in the United States were involved in illegal use of lethal and less use of force in order to make sure the common man had no say so in the operations of business. Federal and state governments ignored laws and often backed the use of such force and at times were complicit in that use.
Well after the 13th Amendment was ratified in 1865 blacks primarily were still subjected often to inhumane and illegal treatment if one were to follow the Constitution and forced into menial labor for substandard pay.
America rose to economic power by the 1% (or less in those days) using the labor of the subjugated lower class. What is principled about that?
As for the Clintons; can you show me one family that has been investigated at the cost of millions of taxpayer dollars as much as they have been? All to no avail to those that still cry out, “Lock her up!”
Prosecuting the Clintons has nothing to do with law and everything to do with hate.
