Let me explain how this works:

Mueller’s job is to investigate, and Mueller’s objective was never to indict Trump (he does not have the power to do so) – his job is to provide evidence of collusion for Congress to impeach and remove this scoundrel. Mueller will provide his findings, and it will be up to Congress to take it from there onwards on how to deal with Trump’s high crimes which may also include obstruction of justice.

And Mueller’s investigation is only dealing with Trump and team stealing the election by partnering with our adversary.  There are other crimes of Trump like paying hush money to Stormy Daniels/New York cases, the Southern District investigation and the Trump Foundation etc.

For a nothing burger whose findings haven’t been released yet Muller’s investigation is sending/sent a lot of people to jail.  Not so much of a nothing burger to them.
