First of all you need to understand what a gun grabber is:

You’ve got it but I’m not sure what it is you’ve got.  Maybe if you visit a shrink they can help you but I think you’re too far gone for that to be any good.  You’d go into their office a fucking fool and come out a fucking fool.

Do criminals manufacture their own guns?  Only in the rarest of cases.  So where do those guns come from that are in criminals hands?  There were made by legal gun manufacturers and usually bought by legal, even if questionable, means.  Criminals buy or steal those guns.  This means that the less guns there are to steal or buy and then sell illegally to the criminals, the less guns the criminals will have.

You indicated you like math; do the math, that is if you can get past 2+2=5.

But I have not called for the “grabbing” of all guns nor do I believe that that’s necessary.  Guns are legal in the UK, Australia, Canada, all with a vastly lower rate of gun violence than the U.S.  They have reasonable gun control.  But then that’s your problem; you can’t get past “reasonable”.
